An inspection of your vehicle is scheduled at regular intervals. What many consider to be annoying, unnecessary and a waste of money has its raison d'être. In the course of an inspection, the most important car parts are examined and checked with regard to their safety and functionality. Various wearing parts are also replaced. Thus, you can always rely on the reliability of your vehicle and also start longer journeys with peace of mind.
For each vehicle there are different maintenance intervals. There are also different types of inspection, which differ in scope. For this reason we have put together inspection packages with original spare parts for you for each inspection date. In the lower section we present the inspection types in more detail, show what is inspected when, and go into the scope of our inspection packages more precisely.
What are the inspection types and how do they differ? The inspections are divided into small and large inspections. Vehicles that only drive a few kilometres per year can also be subject to so-called annual inspections. When exactly an inspection of your vehicle has to be carried out can generally be found in your vehicle's service booklet. The vehicle manufacturer also has a maintenance list in which it is recorded when, for example, the cabin air filters, air filters, oil filters or spark plugs are to be replaced.
In general, the two types of inspection can be distinguished as follows:
For every car, no matter whether BMW, Audi, Ford, Opel or other makes, different maintenance contents are required for different mileages. If, according to the manufacturer's specifications, the fuel filter of one vehicle is to be replaced after 20,000 km mileage, this is only due after 30,000 km for another vehicle, for example. It is therefore worth taking a regular look at the service booklet. In newer models, there are now also corresponding electronic displays that draw attention to the next maintenance dates.
We have compiled appropriate inspection sets with the original spare parts from the vehicle manufacturers to match the various types of inspection. This guarantees you the best compatibility with the other vehicle components and thus ensures a longer service life for your car. The inspection packages are divided into the following 3 areas:
The maintenance packages include all filters, the required amount of engine oil and sometimes the matching spark plugs. Alternatively, you can also just use the ready-made filter sets.
In addition, there are also oil change packages, which are rather used for the smaller inspection. These only contain the oil filter and the amount of engine oil required. In general the sealing ring for the oil filter is also included. There are also reduced filter packs for the smaller inspection, which for example only include the air and inner filter.
By entering your vehicle or the KBA number, the inspection sets suitable for your vehicle will be displayed directly. This allows you to conveniently select the filter packs or oil change packs suitable for your next inspection. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our service team.
To prevent unforeseen vehicle repairs due to wear and tear, regular inspections of your vehicle are a good idea. Therefore, keep an eye on your mileage and the service booklet and have the manufacturer's scheduled maintenance carried out regularly. With our inspection packages, you have all the original spare and wear parts you need from the manufacturer directly together and can thus reduce the time and financial expense of inspections.
