Our shipping service providers implement protective measures!

Like all companies at present, we are also pursuing the goal of maintaining operations in times of COVID-19. To this end, we have already taken appropriate precautionary measures in our company. In addition, our dispatch service manager has also reacted and taken appropriate precautions to reduce the risk of infection. We would like to inform you about the most important measures at this point.

Since 17.03.20 there is a contactless delivery

In the case of contactless delivery, we try to avoid any personal contact. This can be seen, for example, in the fact that the parcel carrier acknowledges the delivery in the presence of the recipient. DPD also no longer hands over the parcels, but places them at a suitable distance in front of the recipients.
If the recipient is not present for acceptance on the day of delivery, the parcels are automatically returned to us. No further delivery attempt will be made. However, numerous DPD Parcel Shops have been open again since 25.03.2020. Please use the DPD drop-off-Okay.

If DHL has been selected as the delivery service provider, it is recommended that you obtain a parking permit as soon as there is a possibility that you will not be available at home on the day of delivery. Alternatively, a DHL Packstation can also be specified as the delivery address when ordering directly from us. Parcels, small packages, large letters, maxi letters, book and goods shipments that are transported to a Packstation via DHL or the German Post must be at least 15 cm × 11 cm × 1 cm in size and may not exceed a maximum dimension of 60 cm × 35 cm × 35 cm.

What do I need to consider when choosing a shipping service provider for an order?

We are still there for you and will send the ordered goods as usual. Our customer service will also remain available for you via eMail and WhatsApp. If you choose a shipping service provider we ask you to consider the following:

  • Be home at the time of delivery!
  • Otherwise, specify a storage location or alternative recipient in good time!
