In the case of justified complaints, we will be pleased to send you a DPD return sticker for the free return via our shipping service provider.
Please attach it to the package and return it to the nearest package shop.
Please pay attention to a safe shipping packaging and, if the parts are defective, please attach the warranty application:
As soon as your return has been received, our employees will immediately check your complaint.
If your complaint is justified, we will settle at short notice by substitute delivery (supplementary performance) or reimbursement of the purchase price.
We will send you a new or alternative part as replacement immediately.
We will refund you the purchase price of the defective or non-suitable item.
